This is my training at home program.


Thank you for choosing my Home Get Toned 3 days program. 


For this program you will need resistance bands and free weights as well as a plyo ball, mat and stairs.


Get Tone home program aims to tone all parts of your body while increasing energy expenditure. This type of training is a great way to boost your basal metabolism and maximize your results. It will help you, in combination with a personalized food plan, to lose weight in a healthy way, to strengthen and sculpt your body.


This program is  made up of three different days and the workouts target each part of the body. The approximate duration is 25 to 30 minutes and should be done at least 3 times a week.


NOTE: The results obtained will depend on your involvement and the intensity with which you do your workouts. If your goal is weight loss, it's important to make changes to your diet. I invite you to contact me for a health check and the development of a personalized food plan.
