We're not the end of the year yet...but I want to dedicate my year 2019 to Sylvia Tremblay. Because of her I lost 22 stubborn pounds, I realized my dream of doing a triathlon, I have become a source of inspiration to some people, I participated at a FITNESS Canada, I am definitely happier and healthy AF!
I have known her for many years, I can trust her 100%! She's an idol; I'm always amazed by her strength! But this year she took me by the hand ...guided me step by step... was always available when I needed her... and most importantly she was the support I never had! She introduced me to the world of Isagenix (the best thing that could happen to me). So many times I wanted to quit...quit everything...feeling overwhelmed...and as a mother would cheer for her baby to push harder she was there for me. She believed in me more than I did in myself. I can literally say that the strong independent woman I am today is because of her. God bless you Sylvia ...YOU ARE A PRECIOUS GEM!! 🤗🤗🤗

Je suis tellement fier de toi, tu es une jeune femme forte et très intelligente, tu fonce même dans les moments difficiles et tu ne laisse pas tomber. Tu es une battante et avec ta détermination tu réussiras à atteindre tous les sommets. Tu es d'une beauté incroyable autant à l'intérieur qu'a l'extérieur, je sais que tu as tout ce qu'il faut pour réaliser et accomplir tous les objectifs que tu te fixeras dans la vie, il s'agi de croire en toi et de ne jamais douter. La vie ne m'a pas donné d'enfants mais si j'avais eu une fille j'aurais aimé qu'elle soit comme toi. Je t'aime fort et je serai toujours la pour toi.
